These Terms & Conditions govern your use of induaspireenclave.com (the “Website”), which presents Indu Aspire Enclave, a residential project by Indu Properties and Aspire Buildcon, with Pinecliff Realty as strategic partner (together, the “Developer”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Information on the Website

The Website is intended to give general information about the project. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, a booking or a contract of any kind.

Images, renders, illustrations and stock photographs are for representational purposes only. Actual specifications, finishes, amenities, layouts and other project details may vary. The Developer reserves the right to modify or revise the project, specifications and plans as required.

Areas, dimensions and distances mentioned are approximate. Distances to nearby landmarks are indicative and may vary with route and traffic conditions.

3. MahaRERA

Indu Aspire Enclave is registered with MahaRERA under registration number PR1260002601010. Details are available at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.

Prospective purchasers are advised to verify all project details, approvals and MahaRERA registration details from the official documents and the MahaRERA portal before making any purchase or financial commitment. The sale of any residence is governed solely by the terms of the agreement for sale executed between the purchaser and the Developer.

4. Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry form, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you consent to being contacted by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding the project. Our use of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, renders, plans, logos and design, belongs to the Developer or its licensors. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial use.
